This is a monthly ministry group that welcomes any and all families who have young children! It is an opportunity for parents and children to come together for devotion, fellowship, and community service events. The ministry allows for parents to meet others who are also raising young children, and to be able to share stories and offer support as we all try to raise our children in the image of God. It gives small children a social opportunity to play with other children and be able to go to places like Fun Jump, the Wildlife Bayou Center, camp outs, and playgrounds, while also learning how to give back to the community through service events such as making baked goods and assembling goody bags for local women's shelters, hosting lemonade stands for childhood cancer, and partnering with local nursing homes for events. Through this ministry we are able to bond with our children, to form bonds with other Christian families, and to bless others within our community, while all working to serve Christ. Although there are exceptions, this group meets once a month, typically the second Sunday of each month.
